Interior Design and Signage Strategy

Salt & Vinegar is the second concept at Relish by owners Graham and Emily Smith. Built for grazing, Salt & Vinegar extends the couple’s culinary story into the art of gathering. For this design, the team at Swan Dive Design Studio channeled the palette of a charcuterie board with bread-white accents, honeyed woods, and soft, brick-tinted tiles along the counter.

Integrated greenery breathes freshness into the stall. Hanging planters frame the stall and maintain open sightlines, helping the design feel generous even within a modest footprint, perfect for board service and grab-and-go offerings. The result is a space that mirrors its founders’ hospitality: simple and grounded in joyful connection.
