Interior Design and Signage Strategy

Family is at the heart of Sabor y Salsa, a modern-meets-traditional Mexican concept founded by Javier Sr. and Javier Jr.: father and son realizing a lifelong dream. Our team at Swan Dive Design Studio translated their story into an expressive, tactile environment that celebrates heritage through pattern, texture and light.

A bespoke tile pattern inspired by Mexican blankets overlays the cookline, and pairs with glossy black tile and glowing terracotta pendants. A neon marquee crowns the stall in color and pride. The space reflects the family’s deep work ethic and passion; this is a stall that cooks from the heart.
