Chefs Gary and Ashley turned an old school bus into a roving kitchen before bringing their playful, global flavors to Relish. Our team at Swan Dive Design Studio helped them carry that infectious energy indoors with a design that feels as colorful and free-spirited as the concept itself.

A mural by a longtime artist and friend, Mike McPuff, wraps a column in color and narrative, while bold diagonal “crosswalk” graphics stretch from floor to wall, echoing the environment and movement of the original bus. Durable micro-cement surfaces and metal Unistrut menu boards inspired by street signage create a moment of whimsy and permanence. The stall hums with the same joy and generosity that made Magic Food Bus a community favorite on wheels.
