Lumina’s common amenities evokes retro-space atmosphere and serve as the social heart of the community. The lounge, infused with retro-astronaut wallpaper and pink-acrylic millwork, exudes a playful nostalgia. In the atrium, a communal living room with custom furniture forms a sculptural language visible from the levels above. Plush velvet private telephone rooms ingeniously repurpose existing planter boxes.

At the communal workspace table, vintage charm meets the once-towering neon sign that bathes the atrium in a warm glow. Lumina’s design ultimately serves as an elegant fusion of past and present and retro-futurism.
