Interior Design, Custom furniture design, Furniture selection and procurement of the amenity spaces including the lobby and the fifth level lounge, conference room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces, corridors and common area restrooms, and unit finishes.

Flora is a luxury apartment complex located on an epic site in the RiNo Art District with stunning views of the city, Rocky Mountains, and the Platte River. Swan Dive, in collaboration with Engine 8, worked to emphasize the overarching concept of Flora and Fauna. Small chipped terrazzo floors blanket the lobbies with vibrant natural stone, while large chipped terrazzo counters grace the amenity spaces. Custom floral wallcoverings and whimsical bee-themed wallpaper by Timorous Beasties adorn the common areas, while hexagon-shaped tiles nod to the bee hotel nestled above the shade structure at the entrance. Pendant light fixtures double as hanging planters, adding a touch of whimsy and greenery while framing stunning views from the amenity kitchen. Flora's unique character is further emphasized through furniture selections that incorporate subtle flora and fauna patterns, utilizing textures like snakeskin, animal prints, and abstract florals alongside sculptural steel tables and petrified wood stools for a modern twist. This vibrant and eclectic aesthetic ensures that living at Flora is an experience unlike any other.
