For ArepasCO founders Loirissell Agüero and Betzy Rincón, Relish represents a new chapter in a story of friendship, resilience and Venezuelan pride. From a food truck born in the pandemic to a permanent space built on flavor and heart, our team at Swan Dive Design Studio captured that journey through warm wood tones, vivid pops of color and handcrafted materiality.

A sculptural Venezuelan tree anchors the stall—a symbol of both roots and growth. Mid-century–inspired chairs, brass-and-wood lighting, and open shelving filled with cultural artifacts infuse authenticity and joy. Efficient built-ins maximize every inch of the footprint, reflecting Swan Dive’s balance of storytelling and precision. The result is a space that reflects the richness of flavor and personality that you’ll find at this incredible spot.
